Toolroom Supervisor (days)

We are looking for an experienced Injection Mould Toolmaker with excellent Supervisory Skills

Tool making, machine setting & operation
Coordinate manufacture to schedule
Control of materials and equipment use
Supervising and motivating Staff
Ensuring that the production is cost effective & of acceptable quality
Ensure best practice operation

Costing & Estimating Manager

To prepare and manage quotations for tooling, mouldings and prototypes in the Technical Sales Department

This role would suit candidates wishing to progress from a number disciplines - a Technical Manager/Director (injection moulding or toolmaking), CADCAM mould tool designer, or Toolmaker with CADCAM background.

The role would be to offer consultancy for new equiries, liaise with Clients and Suppliers when required, and to formulate and manage quotations. Sales training would be provided and the role is for in-house consultancy/costing rather than an 'on the road' sales position

Salary IRO £30k pa
